New Computer Case - Buying & Installing?

Hi I have a : Compaq-Presario SR5209UK

And I was thinking of buying a new case for my computer, I was looking on eBay and found this case I liked :

( In Source )

But these are the 'specs' of it :

External Drive Bays: 5 x 5.25'; and 1 x 3.5';

Internal Drive Bays: 4 x 3.5'; H.D.D.

M/B Type ATX Form Factor 12'; x 10.5 '; or smaller

Front I/O 2X USB 2.0 Ports

Dimensions 200x430x440mm (W,H,D)

Slots Standard ATX 7 slots

PSU ATX 450W (20+4)

Will that fit my motherboard? And will everything go okay if I transfer my computer?

I have No idea how big my motherboard is, and I was look through HP's website and I THINK my motherboard is :

ECS MCP61PM-HM (Nettle-GL8E)

If so my 'Form Factor' is :

Micro-ATX: 9.6 in X 9.6 in

so thats big enough to fit in the specs of :

M/B Type ATX Form Factor 12'; x 10.5 '; or smaller ?

(I take it 'Form Factor' is just the size?)

And last off, Will everything work ok?

Is the wattage of (PSU?) 450, will that be ok?

Thanks Eveyone! :)New Computer Case - Buying %26amp; Installing?
don't buy computer stuff on biding sites. the standards are dropping way to fast and they're independable. if you need something, go to a store yourself and get it, cause buying stuff online just won't cut it.New Computer Case - Buying %26amp; Installing?
You don't buy computer parts on eBay, you just don't. Way too fragile.
